BUSINESS MANAGEMENT WORKSHOPS
Our monthly workshops give managers and business owners the time to step away from running their business to analyse them in a structured environment with likeminded people.
They are currently run on Zoom and completed in 12 sessions over the course of a year (or shorter if required).
Whether you’re a longstanding business owner, or you have recently started a business, our workshops will be helpful to you. You’ll cover elements such as strategic vision, financial forecasting, your goals and objectives, action planning, marketing strategy, and process mapping.
We’ll help you pull all of these topics together into a business plan, and monitor your KPIs quarterly after the first year.
Whilst I have many years of experience running multi-million-pound teams, I have found this a highly useful exercise and one that I would recommend to any business person trying to juggle the day to day challenges of a business, whilst creating an environment for future success. For me, these workshops are essential for a new business person starting for the first time – Eagle Vision make the sessions applicable to the group, and for new starters they break down often complex management theory into easily to understand steps.
I enjoyed how we started with a business overview: looking at our financials, where we are now, and where we want to be. From that, we've had a management course for how to get there. It’s been a really logical approach to how you should look at your business afresh. The course makes you take time out from the day-to-day chaos, sit down and focus, allowing you to get an overview of the whole situation. It’s important to take time out, because I find I get interrupted so much at work, whereas during the workshops, nobody can interrupt me!
